The Paul Maddern Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to one Session 2 student who exhibits artistic promise, dedication to the craft, and the intention of pursuing an acting or theatre related degree. The scholarship is a full ride to attend Venture Theatre's Drama Summer Intensive Session 2 (Ages 15-18).
The dates for the intensive are August 2nd-20th, 2021; M-F, 9:00am-4:00pm.

Application Monologues
As part of the scholarship application process, applicants must submit a video of themselves performing a classic or contemporary monologue. Below is a link to some suggested pieces from various Shakespeare plays.
Please feel free to choose whichever piece you are most passionate about, regardless of the character's gender.
